Description

The Maxtena M1621HCT-LP-SM is a passive Iridium antenna for RockREMOTE installations.

 

It's certified for use with RockREMOTE Classic and RockREMOTE Rugged, and is also suitable for RockREMOTE Mini installations where the antenna requirements match the deployment. Use it when you need an externally mounted Iridium antenna for a RockREMOTE device, especially where the antenna needs to be mounted through a panel, enclosure, vehicle body, or equipment housing.

 

The antenna is tuned for the 1616-1626 MHz Iridium frequency band and uses Maxtena’s Helicore technology. Its ground-plane independent design allows it to be mounted on metal, composite, or non-conductive surfaces without requiring an external ground plane.

 

The integrated TNC female connector and permanent 19 mm through-hole mount make it a practical option for fixed or mobile RockREMOTE deployments that need a secure, externally mounted antenna with clear sky view.
